Return Policy - Unique eCigs, Inc. may offer a return on starter kits and/or electronic accessories within 14 days of the original purchase date. The items must be returned in **LIKE NEW condition with valid proof of purchase and in the original manufacturer packaging. If a purchase is made with a credit card, the same card must be present for the return. No exceptions will be made.

 Warranty Policy - If in the event there is a manufacturer defect with your product, the item(s) *MAY be covered under a 30-day exchange period. The item(s) must be presented in **LIKE NEW condition with valid proof of purchase and in the original manufacturer packaging. If suitable items cannot be exchanged,a refund will be granted.

 **LIKE NEW condition is defined as the following: Item(s) that have not been misused, tampered with, scratched, modified, or damaged.  Item(s) must have original manufacturer packaging for exchange/return.

 *NOTE: THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON - E-liquid, Heating Coils, Cartridges, Pods, Tanks, rebuildable items, cannabis accessories, or products that have been used with cannabis.

LIABILITY STATEMENT

UNIQUE ECIGS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY EVEN IF UNIQUE ECIGS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL UNIQUE ECIGS, INC.’ AGGREGATE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PURCHASED PRODUCTS EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID TO UNIQUE ECIGS, INC. BY YOU FOR SUCH PRODUCTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE LIMITED WARRANTY, LIMITED REMEDIES, WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITED LIABILITY ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN UNIQUE CIGS, INC AND YOU, WITHOUT WHICH UNIQUE CIGS, INC WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS TO YOU.
